Carbon Monoxide is a product of *incomplete* combustion. Otherwise, great quiz!

Quiz is great, but for me it should also accept other names like Stock names or maybe even formulas like CO2

Nice quiz, nominated! Its strength is that it has a good selection of common/general answers where many other chemistry quizzes often miss the mark. Anyone with a science background stands a chance at this one. The questions are concise which is also well done.

I would suggest allowing the chemical formulas as type-ins, at least for the diatomic elements, but really for all of them because most quizzes on this site accept them and people are expecting it especially for CO2 and CH3. (Though personally, I would recommend adding the empirical formulas as type-ins for any of them that are molecules)

I would also recommend standardizing the formatting (colours and capitalization) to match the typical formatting scheme of the rest of the site as it will increase your chances of getting nominated

That's just my two cents, it already has a number of nominations so it stands a chance at getting featured. Best of luck and cheers!

TIL how to spell formaldehyde.
