Bonaire, Saba, and Sint Eustatius are full parts of the Netherlands and NOT external territories. Also, this appears to be missing Saint-Martin and Clipperton Island, unless there's some official designation that I'm missing.

Did you look at the source? I just checked and those three are classified as Special Municipalities of the Netherlands and are OCT. Sint Maarten is on the quiz already and Clipperton is not an OCT. OCT is an official designation and may differ from what we commonly consider an overseas territory.

Saint Martin (France) and Sint Maarten (Netherlands) are 2 different entities.

Saint Martin is a French territory so no it's is NOT already on the quizz. Go on Wiki and search Saint Martin ( France) and you'll understand the difference between the two.

But OP is right you forgot Saint Martin which normally has the same status as St Barth since they dissociated with Guadeloupe
