Nice quiz. Perhaps also accept Amberjack for Yellowtail. I got it correct, but it can be a confusing name to some.

I thought it had to be the Japanese names and got like 2 my first try! Might be a good idea to accept just "roe", but then I don't know how much different roes look different!
