I suppose that, since all claims to territory south of 60 degrees are currently shelved under the Antarctic Treaty (thank goodness), the only countries "owning" a part of Antarctica are those that own sub-Antarctic islands that count as part of the continent but which are north of 60 degrees - UK, South Africa, Norway, Australia and France.
