Illinois and Indiana both border Lake Michigan, which other quizzes on this site count as not being landlocked.

The definition of Landlocked is doesn't border the ocean, is generally what most quiz says it is. Wikipedia even says both Illinois and Indiana are landlocked. I'd say either you specify lake michigan is considered to make a states not landlocked or accept them both.
