I know this is just your opinion, but how can there be a greatest directors list without Tarkovski, Fellini, Almodovar, Bunuel, Bergman, Eisenstein, Kusturica? Try watching some of their movies if you haven't yet, I hope it will open you some new horizons :)

Having Unkrich on there is interesting since technically the directors of Finding Nemo and Monsters Inc were Pete Docter and Andrew Stanton respectively. Unkrich served under them but was not listed as director per DGA rules

If you're considering Americans only, you should add John Ford and M. Night Shyamalan at least.
