Name the countries with the best healthcare systems based on multiple factors, including access to and quality of healthcare, preventative measures, focus on mental health etc.
Say what you will about Cuba (and there's clearly a lot to be said) but the fact that they have established the healthcare system they have is extremely impressive considering their economy and economic isolation. Costa Rica, of course, standing out as well as a paradigm of good governance in a really fraught region.
There's a few countries here I wasn't expecting.
