the Instruments picked for this quiz are just the instruments I've seen used at my high school marching band, so instruments may vary compared to other schools

"Baritone Sax" should be accepted given that "Alto Sax" and Tenor Sax" are. Also, maybe "Synth" or "Keyboard" could be accepted for "Synthesizer"?. Had to type "Piano" to get that one which seemed weird

You don’t. Nobody marches with chimes, vibraphone, tam-tams, or marimba, either. If they’re part of such a group, they’re stationary.

And while one could conceivably march with a guitar or electric keyboard (assuming one can set up portable amplification for it), I’ve never seen either in a marching band.

True marching timpani are pretty unusual nowadays also.

Please accept “trap set,” “drum set,” and “drum kit” for “drum set.” They’re all synonyms for this. Please also accept “baritone sax” for “baritone saxophone.”

Hopefully you’re accepting “antique cymbals” for “crotales” also.

@sumokitty A sousaphone is a marching tuba because its easier to march with, the same way a Mellophone is just a French horn manipulated to be easier to march with.
