One who makes or mends clothes is a "tailor", not a "taylor".

Very good indeed, agree with the tailor comment. Also occasional table would also work for periodic. But great idea for a quiz n well executed

I had a misunderstanding where someone told me "I like eating rocket" and I thought that they meant the spacecraft. I was wrong.

Nice quiz, but some of the hints are a bit difficult.

"River running through Hesse..." The Dill originates just 60km from my hometown, but I never heard of it.

"highest US-State by elevation"... maybe call it "average elevation"? I was confused that Alaska didn't work, since it has the highest mountain in the USA...

Also, "landlocked south african country" is a bit vague, there are quite a lot of landlocked countries down there, maybe narrow it down a bit, like "small landlocked south african country"?

I agree the Colorado wording could be improved, but I disagree about the other two.I think the tougher ones make the quiz a good one. Once you've worked out the category, Malawi is obvious and Dill is guessable even if you've never heard of the river.

Definitely this. It should be acceptable.

Me too. Tried every conceivable spelling. Furthermore, sporadic means occurring at irregular intervals whilst periodic implies regular intervals. Great quiz but this is not the best clue or the best answer for the given clue.
