Every English Second-Tier Football Club Since 1992

With the formation of the Premier League ahead of the 1992/93 season, the Football League First Division became the second tier of English football. As part of a rebranding of the League ahead of the 2004/05 season, the First Division was renamed as the "Championship". Can you name all 71 clubs to have played at this level from the 1992/93 campaign to the present day?
