I think it's best to remove World XV, or add Barbarians; they are both the same idea, special selections of international players. Can't really have one but not both, and the Barbarians have beaten New Zealand.
You should be accepting Barbarians, who have beaten New Zealand twice. You've also complicated matters by using All Blacks in the title and table, but New Zealand in the description. Japan have beaten the All Blacks (as have Barbarians, once), but not New Zealand.
Forgive my ignorance, but you seem to be saying that All Blacks is not the same as the New Zealand national rugby team. Would you please explain the difference?
If you're going to include British and Irish Lions and World XV, then the description should include a disclaimer that not all of the answers are member unions of World Rugby.
Furthermore, answers like "UK" and "Great Britain" should count for British and Irish Lions (yes, I know that Ireland is not part of the UK or Great Britain, but it seems persnickety to not give the answer when a user is clearly thinking about some sort of unified team). Also, I'm really surprised that "World" does not count for World XV. Please fix this.
Nice quiz. Perhaps consider including the team names, such as Springboks, Wallabies, Los Pumas, etc. For the sake of consistency with calling New Zealand 'All Blacks'. Which I absolutely think is the right choice, by the way.
