Basicly yes, Actually you could leave India out aswell, it only gives Bangladesh. So countries bordering China + Bangladesh, Mexico, France and Malaysia.
France surely should be on here, with its border with Germany, Italy, Spain and Brazil it should be here with 395 million (without the other the populations of the other bordering countries
Nice idea, but it ends up just being countries that border India/China. It would work a lot better if the number of answers was expanded to 30/40 or so, I think.
Great idea! This kinda devolved, though, into a quiz called "What borders India and China?" All the same, it's really interesting to think about some of these lesser known nations with such hordes of people living just across their borders. An upheaval on one location could quickly turn into a real humanitarian crisis for a neighbor.
It seems that the aforementioned South Sudan will be on this quiz in the very near future. As well, it seems that Niger will also be making the quiz soon; my rough calculations show Niger at around 300 million.
If Sudan did not split, it would definitely make the quiz.
Concentrated on getting the harder ones - the sub-1 billion ones - first and then just listed all countries that border China and India. Was stuck with two remaining, until, with little time to go, I realised I hadn't done China and India themselves.
Will be on here in a few years for sure..
If Sudan did not split, it would definitely make the quiz.
Stupidly neglected to answer Iran -_-'
Thanks!
