Can you clarify the population limit? There's a lot of large cities that don't share the same names as their counties, such as Atlanta in Fulton County with the city population at 472,000

All answers have city proper population over 600,000. Atlanta falls below that threshold.

Albuquerque and Tucson are nearest misses. That brings us down to 500,000.
