Here, you will be asked to identify the current identities of 22 MLB franchises based upon the franchise's first year of operation and original name. There are only 22 answers because seven clubs have never changed their name, and one club has gone through several name changes since their debut but is currently right back where they started. Note: Not all current clubs originated at the major league level.
