Same here too. I only tried Egypt because I couldn't think of any other country around 91 millions people in the vaguery surrounding area, and when it got accepted I immediately knew there had to have been a disclairmer.... and indeed, there was.
I thought the same thing, like maybe it "stopped" at Madagascar or something. Don't know what I thought the water between the two countries was called...

France should also be included, for Réunion and Mayotte (and for TAAF). Also, if overseas territories are not excluded in the disclaimer, UK has the British Indian Ocean Territory (Diego Garcia and the Chagos archipelago) which of course borders the ocean.
As others have stated, France should be here, Reunión and Mayotte are administratively identical to Paris or Brittany, and France is more populous than several countries here.
