In each group, name any answer which matches the first category to reveal the second category, then name any answer which applies to both categories to reveal a third, and so on.
We generally accept some common old names on quizzes as "type-ins", this way users can get credit for them. However, inherently with category elimination you can't accept old (and now incorrect) spellings when the original doesn't work.
For example, Macedonia is still accepted for North Macedonia, and Astana is still accepted for Nur-Sultan, but you can't have Nur-Sultan as a valid answer to "starts with A", because that's factually incorrect.
jetpunk doesn't care about spacing, so "democraticrepublicofthecongo" would be accepted as well as "d e m o c r a t i c r e p u b l i c o f t h e c o n g o"

the 2 countries that their capital has fewer than 2.5 milion people with 2 words and contain the letter u from asia are abu dhabi(the corrct answer) and sri jardenyapura kotte(the one that i picked)
Here is a link to the world capitals quiz in July 2018 which shows Ulaanbaatar as a single word answer, for example.

Edit: *considering the fewer than 2.5 million people
