Great quiz Stewart, enojyed this one. It caught me out at first as I didn't realise it was a sprint so I timed out. Managed it on the 3rd try with 7 to spare

Good quiz, I was about to create one too. I did just create a map version of the UK Official Cities quiz that also includes the five cities in the UK's crown dependencies and overseas territories, which you can find here.

Nice notion but for me I always fail the typing tests

Just so you know, when you mouse over a city you got by proximity it gives you the name of that city, which you can then guess to get more cities. For example I can guess London to get Cambridge, then mouse over Cambridge and guess that to get Leicester, etc. Not sure if there is a way to fix that or not but technically you would only need to know two cities (Inverness and one other) to get everything.

Good quiz! The optimal solution is the following 12 cities (this way of getting 12 is not unique, but 11 is impossible):

Belfast, Chester, Colchester, Dundee, Durham, Inverness, Lincoln, Oxford, Perth, Plymouth, Swansea, Winchester.
