Empty Pixelated United States Map
The U.S. States have been pixelated again! This time the pixels were dabbed in white paint, meaning you can't see them! Thankfully when you guess them they clean off and you can see them again!
There are no answer boxes on purpose! The pixel grid is your only resource to name all the states
As before, only pixels with at least 50% land have survived! Each pixel can only be guessed by the country which has the most area inside it!

It's a normal svg map made using Inkscape! The way I did the pixellation is described in the description. Essentially overlaid the pixels on top the normal map then worked out which pixels should stay. Then of those that stayed I worked out which state they should belong to by area.
