Great Quiz! Really tests your word knowledge. I did get a few by trying to type longer words and getting shorter ones (Koa Koala). Deserves to be featured
I definitely knew xyst was gonna be in the 4s. and I was stumped a bit at 3 letter x, but i remember the plural of xi which is xis. Great quiz, deserves to be featured
I was on a similar run with far(t), but apparently Scrabble doesn't recognize the plural for releaser of flatulent, so I had to shift gears for the seven-letter.
Nice as all the others, it's good to see it featured. It would be nice to have examples like in the others though... I still don't know what the 3-letter X word is ;).
Arrived at them all genuinely until the three letter X (I remembered the four letter X from the Four letter quiz). Luckily I had enough time to try every combination of x + a vowel + some other letter until I got to xis. Nice quiz!
Words can barely express the disappointment of not being able to complete far, fart, farts, farted, farters in rapid succession. Apparently, the plural for one who releases flatulent is not Scrabble-approved.
That's because it was matching against "uvula". JetPunk's typeins work on a "starting with" basis. You never need to click "enter" to submit a typing answer on JetPunk
The example word for S is several, which is brilliant as that has the most possible combinations. I guess there are several words you could have gone with.
Nice one! With a bit over a minute to go I only needed 3 more x words (the lowest scoring three). Never managed to get them. But happy to have gotten all but those three :)
Also, most of the other words were me picking a four-letter word, then adding "-s" "-ed" and "-ing" to it lol
He struggled for a 3-letter word starting with U, yet "ugh" is a valid word :)
And then the "useless" comment from kiwi since "use" is a 3-letter word :)

X is difficult… xenons worked somehow
