(I wonder how Estonia ended up here, since on none of the sites I visited it seemed to be close (around 90% for several years). However it is alphabetically right next to Denmark, so perhaps looked at the wrong one? This does not work for Liechtenstein -> luxembourg though, because lithuania would be in the way.)
