Just had Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan all joined together! It was grouped as three:

Kyrgyzstan + Tajikistan, Turkmenistan + Uzbekistan, Tajikistan + Uzbekistan. I think I remember getting Pakistan + Afghanistan before, and I definitely remember Kazakhstan + Kyrgyzstan, so it must be possible to get all the Stans together in one game...!

on my quiz, I got Czechoslovakia, Sweden-Finland, Brazil-Paraguay, Colombia-Ecuador-Peru, Thailand-Cambodia, Zimbabwe-Mozambique, Belarus-Latvia, United States-Mexico, and Serbia-Bulgaria also, Superguy, Holland is a part of the Netherlands, therefore, Holland is Dutch.
