Just had Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan all joined together! It was grouped as three:

Kyrgyzstan + Tajikistan, Turkmenistan + Uzbekistan, Tajikistan + Uzbekistan. I think I remember getting Pakistan + Afghanistan before, and I definitely remember Kazakhstan + Kyrgyzstan, so it must be possible to get all the Stans together in one game...!
