Intriguing instruction - what overseas territory sounds like any of the clues? (Also, Greenland isn't a territory anyway - it's a constituent country of the Kingdom of Denmark)

Do you mean a southern English accent? 'British' includes other accents (Irish, Scottish, Welsh etc.)

Only a couple make any sense at all. Neither syllable count nor actual phoneme are comparable at all. (especially for Russia, Japan, Colombia, Serbia, and Eritrea)
