I have never seen a Psych reference on this site. Only the best pickup line out there. Thank you for making my day. If you haven’t seen the show, I would definitely recommend it. I think people here would like it.
I'm pretty sure they just think that earth is not a planet as (other) planets can be viewed with relative ease and be observed to be round, but earth can only be viewed from a non-planetary standpoint which they are all too stupid to be able to do . At least thats what the flat earth society say, most probably have differing standpoints since the roundness of earth can be measured and observed using a few dollars/pounds/whatever and an iq of more than 75.
Can anyone explain in simple terms why Mercury looks much more like a moon (or rather THE moon) than all of the other planets? Being closest to the sun, I could see maybe that the sun's gravitational pull attracts more asteroids that hit the surface of the planet but I'm still surprised that the difference is so stark.
This website might help: https://www.space.com/14743-planet-mercury-appearance.html#:~:text=The%20planet%20Mercury%20looks%20a,a%20diameter%20of%204%2C880%20kilometers.
atmosphere blasted away by solar radiation? And also it's relatively small so the craters look bigger and its gravity is less. Weaker forces of erosion. Less protection from impacts. Clearer view of the surface.
it is literally a big rock among other big rocks. the other planers are who need some kind of explanation for smoothnes or colour due to some geological ot chemical causes
You're not dumb! But it's also definitely not the Moon. They both are geologically inactive and have little atmosphere to speak of, so both are very heavily cratered and look pretty similar.
and orcus
and salacia
also those are dwarf planets too
I don't think many people will understand me.
is that good
Or am I dumb.
Can I translate the quiz to German?
