Largest Urban Areas in the Colorado River Basin

Can you name the urban areas over 50,000 population in the Colorado River Basin?
There are many places that receive water from the Colorado River via aqueducts and such, but aren't actually in the drainage basin.
For US cities, based on "urban areas" defined by the US government as of the 2020 census. For Mexican cities, based on city proper populations as of the 2020 census. For transborder urban areas, I combined the 2 using my own judgement.
There are a few urban areas (primarily "____" and "____ West") that feel weird to me to keep seperate, but that's how the census drew the borders. Feel free to support or argue against that decision in the comments, I've never been there and I'd be happy to change it.
