very stingy on the running of the bulls one. I tried « running with the bulls » several times... only « running bulls » or « bull running » should be accepted

I mean, bullfighting is animal torture for entertainment, there's no way around that. I guess it's a matter of opinion whether its practitioners get enjoyment out of it--making them sadists--or not.

In spanish toreador it's not correct. The correct term is torero.

But it is an english quiz and not spanish? (btw according to wiktionary spansih also uses toreador for bullfighter, besides torero, but it could be that there is a slight distinction between the two or something, or that it is not used a lot so that you havent heard of it)

You should accept also "San Fermín" for the bull run. It's the patron saint's holy festivity during which the run occurs.

Clearly I need to drop everything, sail to Spain, and do some research to improve my knowledge! The food was a breeze, except the spelling of gazpacho - you might want to make some more type-ins for it!

If you accept torero, gazpacho o flamenco you should accept Pirineos as is the name in spanish
