Wikipedia says it's spelled Ulan Bator or Ulaanbaatar. I don't think the average of two correct spellings is necessarily a correct spelling.

Also, in declaring Guangzhou as the largest city in the world, you seem to be adopting the agglomeration population. But by that standard, Quezon City is just part of the Manila agglomeration, not a separate city.
