ah yes the US stopped existing in 1956, and East Germany which united with Germany in 1990 still existed even after losing countryhood in 1991

Saarland, Trieste, Fiume, Crete, Chechnya, Mountain Republic, Crimea, Livonia, Don, Kuban, State of Serbs Croats and Slovenes, West Ukraine, Srpska, Krajina?

Also the US still exists and never annexed any territory in Europe. The occupation zones weren't US territories (and the East Berlin one existed until 1990)
