We chose either featured quizzes or, if no featured quiz existed for a country, we chose the user quiz with the most takes that exceeded a certain minimum bar of quality.
I think the point being it didn't say "most frequently occuring answer" but "most guessed". Like I was picking cities outside of Russia like Minsk because I figured it was "cities people guessed most often".
Yeah but how in the world could that be measured? Do you really think Jetpunk records every single thing every user types in every quiz? That would be a privacy breach to start with, besides the fact that it probably requires a massive supercomputer to record and store such information.
