I'm not sure that the Andorra answer is right. Catalan is the official language and some sources suggest is spoken by more people than Spanish. See https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/what-languages-are-spoken-in-andorra.html
I'd agree that the Andorran case is, at least, tricky. Similar to Catalonia, Catalan speakers are all at least bilingual in a native level with Spanish. Since the title doesn't specify weather it's first language or just ability to speak, i guess it's correct. Same with Equatorial Guinea. While I'm largely unaware of their linguistic situation, i feel that Spanish is more a lingua franca type of language than a majority mother tongue.
