I managed 100% but a couple of these could be tricky for some. I'm guessing a lot of people probably guessed Egypt for the country with the most Muslims question, and I wouldn't have known the Africa Union HQ was in Addis Ababa if I hadn't walked past it once.
Ironically those were two that I got pretty easily, and I didn't get 100% xD
I assumed there would be enough Copts in Egypt to put Mauritania ahead of it, and I made an educated guess on Ethiopia since it was a famous empire that withstood colonialism*.
I missed the Arab Spring and African elephants ones, though.
Are there people that dont know about the dodo?? Shocked at how low the score was. I know not everyone's knowledge base is the same, but some things you expect to be rather universal. Like a picture of the eiffeltower, would be weird if it only scored 20%. And to me dodo is as synonymous with Mauritius as eiffeltower is with Paris. Even moreso actually, with dodo and Mauritius I cant think of one without thinking of the other. While with paris I can
Ah, is it? I remember looking at the democracy index on Wikipedia and seeing Mauritius pretty high up on the rankings, sad to hear it's going downhill.
I think for the Dodo question, you are supposed to use "is" instead of "was" because while the dodo is extinct, the country remains famous. Otherwise, nice quiz!
Ha this is total Jetpunk :-) More people know the capital of Liberia than about where elephants, dodos or Muslims are. Sorry, were. Those percentages are always interesting
Actually three of the answers are correct now: (Egypt + Algeria + Sudan)

I got all correct. I kinda struggled on question 13. though because I wasn't sure if it was Senegal or Morocco. Otherwise this was easy peasy;)
