North Korea is not a communist country nowadays, it's idealogy is Juche and it has dropped all references of communism in their constitution in 2009.

I agree. North Korea is not communist, they never provided to there citizens. A communist country is supposed to have equality, but in North Korea everyone is forced to work for the supreme leader of the country. Also, I would argue that China is not communist from when Deng Xiaoping took the chairman position of the CCP. He opened China's economy to the world and turned China into the largest communist country.
