(Here I got 20 right but I know nothing about minecraft, just that it is a game, so it was 100% guesswork)
If you really are adamant (or care nothing about the game) that this quiz should not be on the badge, then you can do what you want. Heck, you can even get a wiki to give you the answers. However, the purpose of quizzing sites is to learn something.
Kinda agree with @shade9099 on this one
I could do that. Easily. And Magic has been around for 26 years, and sold tens of billions of cards. There have been numerous video games, books, and a TV series
My comment was not rude. It was a neutral observation. There's nothing wrong with the quiz.
"But it has not had a big impact on popular culture."
The 9th biggest franchise (above games like Final Fantasy and Sonic the Hedgehog);
And THE single best-selling video game (above even the original Super Mario Bros.).
And according to this list it says that it could be considered the best game of all time.
Not to mention the number of platforms this game is in (Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, just to name a few).
You can find more information about Minecraft having a big impact on popular culture on the Cultural impact section of the Wikipedia page for it.
I myself have never played it, nor do I know anybody that does, it is not the kind of game that people I consider gamers would play, but that is more a matter of different times, ages, etc. Gamers nowadays are a different group than 20 years ago. (I think apps becoming available has played a big part there, introducing people that normally would never had played any kind of game to games. Playing videogames or atleast game apps is so much more mainstream now)
But I am getting off track. First part was "agreeing" that I don't know people that play it either, I think it is more a game for the new generation gamers, under 30ish.
Second part would be disagreeing. Impact on popular culture, seriously when thousands of people go dress as something from minecraft for halloween, surely it has made an impact. I think in 1 year more people dressed up as minecraft than people in the past 25 years have as mario.
And that's it. Compare this to... for example... Mario. Who has had 6 TV shows not counting anime. 2 Hollywood movies. A breakfast cereal. A theme park ride. More than two HUNDRED different games spawned directly by the franchise. Thousands of different references and cameos in other games and media. Billions of dollars in merchandising sold in the form of toys, t-shirts, bed spreads, underpants, lunch boxes, etc etc. A float in the Macy's Day parade. Live symphonic concerts. Multiple music albums. And I could go on. *that* is having a cultural impact.
And as evidence compare the number of people who currently have the video game badge (235), to ANY other badge. The lowest of which (cities badge) has been obtained by over 1500 people, and the average seems to be about 3000-5000. I'm sure that this quiz is the reason for the difference. and maybe the Pokemon one. but more this one. This quiz has been taken 16,000 times, the Pokemon one has been taken almost 400k times.
plus, skeleton horses are passive unless being ridden by a skeleton
my only mistake was ocelot
Plus, there's only 12 to remember. Not 67.
Cheers on the Minecraft hell being hell so interesting now!
Foxes, like ocelots, can't be tamed, you can only earn their trust by feeding them or stealing them from their parents. Pufferfish poison you in self defense, they don't hunt you if provoked. Iron golems only attack you if you provoked them and you aren't their creator. Plus, the golems are in utility because they can be used for many things like defense or farms
Also not to be confused with the white rabbit (killer rabbit : horitzontal and white rabbit : vertical)
it's not a mob
No need to add all the baby variants but definitely piglin brute.
4. Glow Squid.
Just my opinion (You can ignore):
1. Super Charged Creeper?
2. Zombified Horse?
3. Aren't Cave Spiders (Official Name) hostile mobs?
4. Skeleton Horsemen?
To clarify, these are not mob names till Minecraft 1.17:
3. Exotic Fish.
To clarify, explanation of mobs:
1. Zoglin (Official name) (When Hoglin is in Overworld, it turns into a Zoglin, same logic for Piglin).
2. Chicken Jockeys are Baby Zombies spawning on top of Chickens, and Spider Jockeys are Skeletons spawning on top of Spiders.
3. Spiders are angry in dark places or at night, or when you attack them.
GOOD QUIZ, I ENJOYED IT!
side to side
- Axolotl (my favourite mob)

Random and nonsensical, nobody would be able to get all of these if they weren't a fanatic of this one specific game.
