Agreed. Also, that they started as the Dallas Texans from 1960-62. (even winning the AFL Championship in '62)

Or that they played the longest NFL game ever played, a Christmas Day 1971 Divisional Playoff game vs Miami. (they lost, 27-24, in double-overtime)

They were also the first "wild card" team to win a Super Bowl, as they finished 2nd in the AFL West behind the Raiders in 1969. (though I don't believe the term "wild card" had been coined yet at that point)

I was at that loudest game in '14. The Chiefs wore red-on-red; took a 30-0 lead on the Pats; Jamaal scored three times; Brady got benched - what more do you want? They went 9-7 that year - the only year under Reid that they haven't made the playoffs. It was also the year that no wide receivers caught a touchdown.
