Countries with Highest Perecentage of Population in Capital (exceptions)

Name the countries with the highest perecentage of their population situated in the capital. However, the country has to be above the size of 10,000 km² which is right between the size of Cyrpus (9,251) and Lebanon (10,452) or a little smaller than the size of Puerto Rico.
