I love the map but most of all the extra two minutes you added makes this quiz more fun. I do this one a lot and I've been 100% for a long time but I couldn't type fast enough to have more than about 30 seconds left at the end. Sometimes, even though I know them all, I'd still not get 100% because it ran out of time.
Forcing my mind to think in German was mean... I know all of them by heart, but in French, because I went to school in Romandie. Basel-Stadt for Bâle-Ville and Basel-Land for Bâle-Campagne were easy enough, but I couldn't remember Solothurn for Soleure and Aargau/Thurgau for Argovie/Thurgovie. :)
Jeez, accept "inner appenzell", "outer appenzell", basel for the relevant two cantons, some acceptable spelling for that heinous S-C-H-A-F-F-H-A-U-S-E-N (I typed schauffausen, schaffausen, and other ways, we are not supposed to be so geek, nor so German-speaking
When I was 8 or so, we had this map/geography book which I loved. For some reason, I thought they were listed in a cool order to make a song out of them. I memorized them all through that song, I have no idea why I did that, but because of that I still remembered 18 of them.
It's extremely nitpicky, but could you please also accept Grischun for Graubünden? It's the official name in Rumantsch, an official language of Switzerland, as stated in many Jetpunk quizzes around, it's the canton where its many dialects are spoken, and you already did a great job adding typeins for other multilingual cantons.
Thank you in advance for your consideration!
Also canton #28: Vorarlberg!
(which actually almost happened in 1919, when the Austrian Vorarlbergers voted 80% to join Switzerland, but the plans never materialized.)

Although Switzerland has Cantons, they don’t speak Cantonese
