European Countries as Sorted Heterograms

A heterogram is a word or phrase in which no letter repeats. A country name can be created from each of the strings of letters below. The letters can be used multiple times. For example, "ABN" can yield "banana" and "AELP" can yield "apple". Decode each heterogram to reveal a European country.
