Azerbaijan is not landlocked because it touched the Caspian Sea. Good quiz :)

I totally agree with you, however sources say stuff like this, "Although Azerbaijan borders the Caspian Sea, the Caspian Sea does not connect to the ocean by natural waterway; most authorities thus regard the country as landlocked." It even says it on Wikipedia.

Update: Jetpunk Redditers explained that Azerbaijan IS considered landlocked so I'm going to keep it =)
