Countries with "and" in Their Name

Enter the countries with the contraction "and" in their name.
I'm not going by full name, so full names like "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" will not be counted.
Some with and based on Country Names in "Countries of the World" quiz. I am using the common names of the countries however.
Not using countries with "and" not used as a conjunction (Example: Switzerland)

I unfortunately will not put that on this quiz, because I'm only going with the more commonly said names of the countries. I might make a quiz of full country names, so look out for that =)

I only want countries that use "and" as a conjunction, but I'll put a caveat in =)
