Yeah, funny thing is I hate reading and I don't read many books but it's nice to know about literature and I want to read more of these at some point

Yeah, I would drop Grisham from this list. Maybe use Gogol or Turgenev since you have some other notable russians.

Honestly I added Grisham because at the beginning of quarantine my dad gave me a couple of his books to read and I never read them but they sound cool

You should add Roald Dahl. (The Twits, Fantastic Mr. Fox, Esio Trot, Matilda, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and James and the Giant Peach are some of his most popular. But if you going for not as famous then you could do any of these: Danny the Champion of the World, Witches, Magic Finger, Henry Sugar, The BFG or the Giraffe and the Pelly and Me)
