All Countries that Beat the United States

I'm kinda testing it, for maybe create more versions like this one in the future, so feel free to give your opinion about it to improve the concept.

Important note: at the begining, I wanted to add the number of countries that the taker need to select. I removed it at the very end of the creation process. But if you think it would be necessary, feel free to specify it in comment.
