1) The population you list for Rochester is the population that citypopulation.de lists for its MSA. 2) Las Vegas's MSA has a population of 2,200,000. 3) Las Vegas's MSA touches Lake Mead. 4) Lake Mead's area is 640 square km. Therefore, 5) Las Vegas should be listed.

The same argument applies to Riverside (Salton Sea) and Miami (Lake Okeechobee),

I went ahead and added Las Vegas, I forgot about Lake Mead. I would however beg to differ on Miami and Riverside/San Bernardino. Despite what that crappy and blocky Generalized map on City Pop says. (Riversides Metro is 80% of SoCal and extends to the nevada border? lol really? no way thats accurate maybe a highly inclusive CSA map?) Im also Changing the caveats and answers to include City center within 50km of lake for no further confusion.
