Sorry if some of the answers are a bit obscure, but I tried to make this quiz about both recognizing very famous figures (like Marie Curie and Sally Ride) and less famous figures that deserve more recognition. Let me know if you have any that you would like me to add!

Nice quiz!

With respect to Sally Ride, I think it would be better to have Valentina Tereshkova on here, since she was the first woman in space, predating Ride (the 3rd woman in space) by 20 years.

Thanks for the suggestion! Agreed that Tereshkova would be a good addition, so I added her. I still included Sally Ride though because I think she is more well-known in the US and also because she is quite accomplished herself.
