Wow, I didn't expect to fill in my last two blanks with one guess! (And even so, they didn't include my favorite M4M quote: "Ay, but to die, and go we know not where!")

Some of these were not all that familiar to me, but all the better -- we all know different stuff, and it's good to learn.
