this quiz needs to be sorted out. Firstly, Panzer means armour or tank, secondly it's NORMANDY not NORMANY and accept british spellings

youre right on normandy, but it's pretty obvious that the other question gives the staple german tank and asks for the american counterpart

every german tank is panzer, so it is not obvious

They are right!

Panzer just means Tank or Armour in general.

Better (but far from perfect) would be

German : Tiger :: American : Sherman

since the Tiger is the best known german tank of WWII

And if you want to nitpick further, the top three Axis powers "consisted of," rather than "included," Germany, Japan and Italy; you need a space after "Union"; "French" not "Franch"; capitalize "Blood"; insert "the" after "majority of"; and find a better way to phrase "Spain was slammed into civil war."

For the last question "atomic era" or "nuclear era" make a lot of sense.

WHY? - Because YOU say so?

What started, to millions of people, after WWII was the COLD WAR.

What you speak of did not really come to fruition until the later '50s/'60s. (And to all of you who are going to point out the nuclear bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, yes that did

occur, but that did not herald in the Nuclear AGE).

Don't know why this isn't a featured quiz. There is a bit too much time though.

I really like this quiz, but I’m guessing it isn’t featured because it’s a bit too easy, and almost all of the questions are on the already-featured WWII quizzes.
