Countries on the same latitude as Kolkata

Kolkata is a big city. If I was including all parts of the city (i.e. including countries on the same latitude as the most northern parts of Kolkata and the most southern parts) then Laos, the USA, the UK (Turks and Caicos islands) and the UAE would probably be included. The latitude where the city stops and starts is quite difficult to define however, so I haven't done it like this. The country that thinks it should be on here but isn't is Sudan. That might get included with the expanded rules as well.
