Football Clubs Managed by Sam Allardyce

I managed to get all but the first two and then gave up. If I’d gone through as many English clubs as possible in the remaining time I may have got one of those two answers but there was no way I’d have got the other. I almost forgot he’d managed two or three of those that I did remember. Some of those teams have had quite a few managers over recent years, although his latest club has probably had more over the past decade or so than any of the others listed.
