Could we possible accept halfback, first five-eighth and second five-eighth for numbers 9, 10 and 12 respectively? that's what we call them here in New Zealand
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can tell i mean it
Centre. Always has been, always will be. Not to accept the original spelling is ludicrous. And in Wales, No 10 is an Outside Half. Also, lock is a widely recognised term for the second rowers.
So you should accept tighthead prop and loosehead prop respectively, ditto blindside and openside flankers.
There are other names for fly half which are correct - outside half or stand-off half are both terms used for the no 10 spot.
Centres should be inside centre (12) and outside centre (13)
Wingers should be left wing (11) and right wing (14)
And note spelling of centre - most people doing this quiz will spell it the British way.
Listen to this guy and you’ll have a perfect quiz
