I'm assuming the reason for no German and no English is this is first languages? I'll bet if it was all languages spoken, English and German would be there.

So, only italian and the languages of immigrants. No regional languages, no second languages learnt at school (english, german, latin, greek), not even historical minorities.

You should specifiy the title of your quiz
