Shrewsbury are also "The Shrews". It's not listed on their Wikipedia page but their club website uses that name exclusively... http://www.shrewsburytown.com/index.aspx

Tranmere are mainly known as The Rovers. WBA should be linked with The Throstles as well, as should Charlton with The Valiants. Does anyone ever call Man City The Citizens? They're Citeh.
